Danny`s Deli in Carpinteria

The worst car wash I have ever used. Not sure if it's the same business as the deli but it's horrible. No soap, time goes faster then it should. Always dirty.

Fabulous club sandwich. They fill the bun all the way to the edges. One of best deli sandwiches I've had in long time. Tables to eat out. Not fancy place but great deli.

While having my car washed, I sat on the patio and had a sandwich. Unassuming place, great, friendly folks, great car wash, tasty sammy. Not a sit-down dinner kind of a place, but overall a very nice experience. I'll be back.

The absolute best place for a car wash in Carpinteria. The cashiers are always kind. They always take really good care of my Jeep and very affordable.

A better pastrami sandwich than I expected at this restaurant that shares space with a car wash. I don't blame them for wanting to put mayo, lettuce, and tomato on the sandwich - I just explained that, as a former NYer, the only thing I wanted on the sandwich was mustard. (And maybe coleslaw.) I also would have liked more meat - that problem has been universal in So Cal deli's - I was happy to see that the menu offered double meat for an extra $3.50. I'll get that on my next visit. Oh - they have some nice tables outside - enjoy the food as you watch the leisurely pace of life in Carp.

It's a place you can have your car washed by a professional or do it your self, have a really good try tip Sandwitch and pick up fishing supplies.

(Deli rating) The sandwiches are great, little pricey, but if there are customers ahead of you it takes way too long and they've gotten my order wrong too many times to get a higher rating.

I love Danny's Deli, Car Wash, and Tackle Shop. I know, it sounds horrible, but their Tri-Tip sandwiches are amazing! I used to live in Carpinteria and I'd go all the time. Now it's the place my Husband and I go on our way down south to Ventura County or LA. Try yours with Avocado and salsa. You'll thank me.

Great sandwiches at this eclectic deli, car wash, bait shop. Outside patio seating is so nice on a beautiful sunny day in the quaint downtown area.

I've lived in Carpinteria my whole life.Hands down the best BBQ,smoked turkey sandwich in the town.Plus you want to know fishing?Danny's one of the best fisherman in the area.

I was passing through town and I saw the deli I stopped by and I had the best tri-tip sandwich ever I walked in I asked him what do you recommend and he said you have to have our famous tri-tip sandwich so I did and it was delectable enjoyable service was great friendly I'm definitely coming back

Place could and should have been cleaner and also my pastrami was very skimpy on the meat and had mayonnaise on it. Mayo on pastrami not good!

Don't be fooled by the car wash & fishing tackle combo! The sandwiches my son and I had were great. My son had the Philly cheesesteak and I had the teri tri tip. The teri tri tip had perfect combo of savory teri and pineapple. Good stop! Just be ready to eat outside.

They hooked me up with cash back so I could use their car wash. All I had to do was buy a bag of chips!

This is just a review for the deli part of the shop. I have not bought bait or tackle or gotten my car washed here so I can't comment on those services.Okay! This sandwich place is awesome. The guy's who make the sandwiches are friendly and they put lots of meat / veggies on your sandwich plus you can alter your sandwich and they've always gotten it right for me (and I've been going here for about 6 months now as of this review). It gets a little busy around lunch time but you can call ahead and then just pick your order up, so you don't have to wait outside. The bread and rolls are always fresh and soft.The italian sub, pastrami sandwich, tri-tip, pulled pork are all bomb. I've only tried those four so far because they are so damn tasty, I don't want to get anything else. Sandwiches range from $6-$9 but they are FILLING (I'm looking at you, other popular sandwich place which I am ALWAYS hungry after). The daily special can get you a sandwich, bag of chips and a drink for around $10.

These people are great. Food is fresh and they treat you well. You can get your car washed while you eat. Get bait and tackle for the weekend.

Ive driven past this place so many times wanting to check it out. I stopped in today and i am so glad i did! The sandwiches are sooooooooo good! Ingredients are fresh, and the sandwiches are big. The staff is so friendly, great experience , cant wait to go back for the tri tip!

Best carwash in city of carpinteria

Don't know about the deli part, but thier car wash is terrible. The machine will reject every quarter you put in it 5 times before accepting it and then eat a couple without crediting you the money, just to add insult to injury. After you get past the payment part the self service washing equipment works well enough, but paying is incredibly infuriating. Might go here again if I heard they upgraded the payment machine, otherwise never again.

$4 self carwash. Is what it is. The full service wash staff is great.

They lost my keys! How does a car wash lose your keys?! Terrible service from the owner to the employees. I don't recommend this location to anyone. You're better off getting a sandwich and a car wash at the gas station!
